Create a MySQL database and user in cPanel first, then assign the user to the database with ALL PRIVILEGES.

Almost always localhost on shared hosting.

On cPanel this looks like account_nepext.

Lets Nepext share a database with other software. Changing it later means renaming every table, so pick one now.
